my chest constricts
with the weight of a thousand unsaid
i love yous
my lips parch and bleed
with the lukewarm breath of ten thousand kisses
unkissed
ten thousand whispers
unspoken
my right hand convulses
remembering
yours
my lungs collapse
remembering
you
