big backyard barbeque… wanna’ come?
Okay, so next weekend i’m having a big ol’ BBQ & Tropical Shindig in my backyard, so if any of you readers are in the area (Sacramento, SF, Oakland, the Foothills, whatever,) and you want to be invited, drop me an e-mail at cary@carymiller.net.
It would be great to meet some new people and hook up with old friends, so don’t be shy.
We’ll be cooking up whatever frightening pieces of meat we can get our hands on, and undoubtedly drinking lots of beer and cocktails.
It’s also a tropical theme, so Island attire is welcome, though not required… Hawaiian shirts, Sarongs, Bikinis (?) whatever floats your pontoon boat.

Well if we lived in your area instead of SC, would love to come to your bbq and tropical shindig, sounds like it will be a fun time. If you want great BBQ come and visit us in SC, our state is known for it’s great BBQ and of course, we’re the Peach Capital of the World. I know lots of folks think GA is, but SC is the Peach Capital.
We’ll be watching and hoping our Ohio State Buckeyes beat USC tomorrow. Oh, did this just get me put on the uninvited list, lol.

I hope “frightening meat” means you will only be eating ugly animals, like purhaps warthogs and such.

Well Cary, our Buckeyes sure weren’t the highlight of our evening yesterday, would have had a more fun sharing time and BBQ with you and your friends. If you are a USC fan, congrats to your team.

Cary, thanks for the invitation. I Would love to join the rant on meat, and to see your backyard. Gardening we have in common. Much can be said for digging in the dirt.

Hi Cary. I was just thinking about Crest years and thought of you and Ray (so I Googled). You’ve been through I lot…I am so sorry. But, it looks like you are living a very full life…that is as much as anyone can ask right? =) Great photos, and great to see you doing so well. Take care.
